Air Compressor Attachments for Reciprocating and Rotary Screw Compressors

Choosing air compressor attachments should never be based on price alone. This is because not all attachments adhere to the same standards of quality. And, even more importantly, attachments that are the wrong size and shape or can’t handle the pressure and temperature requirements of your machine can have costly repercussions.

When hoses, pipes, and other air compressor attachments are ill-fitting, your compressor cannot produce the output you desire at its normal operating pressure. This will cause you to increase the power, which in turn causes your compressor to strain, either to produce more air to counteract leaks or to squeeze air through tubes or air tools that may be too narrow. When this occurs, you can not only do harm to your compressor, but you also increase the energy consumption of your machine, which causes energy bills to rise.
